Mandatory Skills :
- Installation and configuration of IBM ECM Products.
- ICC Task Route Configuration for Source connectors like Microsoft Exchange, File System and Lotus Domino Server
- FileNet Artifacts deployment and troubleshooting issues across various environments which includes High Availability environment.
- Configuring SSO for FileNet applications which includes ICN, ICM, Workplace XT and FEM
- Performance tuning of FileNet applications and custom applications deployed on WAS
Preffered Skills :
Installing and maintaining Content Manager OnDemand programs and other software
- Defining and labeling storage volumes
- Monitoring the space used by the database / cache storage / archive storage and the space available on the system
- Scheduling jobs to maintain the database, cache storage, and archive storage
- Working with users to determine report indexing and retrieval requirements
- Defining CMOD storage sets and storage nodes, System Printers
- Defining reports to the system
- Defining Content Manager OnDemand groups and users
- Loading reports on the system
- Managing the backup and recovery process for the database and other areas that contain data critical to the operation of the system
- Monitoring server activity and tuning system parameters
- Solving server, network, and application problems
- Establishing security and audit policies, for example : set and maintain passwords and permissions; use OnDemand's audit facilities to monitor application group and user activity;
develop, document, and maintain change control procedures to prevent unauthorized changes to the system
