REGIONAL SALES ENGINEER Bearings
Join our client, a leader in innovative industrial solutions, as a Regional Sales Engineer to develop the assigned territory.
This is a pivotal role for a driven, hunter-type professional adept in navigating the technical sales landscape, particularly within the composite bearings and industrial applications sectors.
This position offers a very strong commission package.

Must reside in one of the following states : Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop territory for industrial applications.
- Ensure smooth project transitions to internal sales teams, fostering long-term customer retention.
- Extensive travel (up to 60%) to engage directly with clients, attend industry tradeshows, and enhance brand presence.
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering preferred.
- 5+ years in technical sales or business development for bearing applications
- Experienced in managing long sales cycles (this is not commodity selling)
- A strategic thinker with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Must reside in the territory you will support and be located near an airport.

Compensation is based on relevant experience and ranges from $90k to $130k.
