VP Communications & Employer Branding - Miami - 175k + Relo available. Healthcare experience preferred.
Responsible for the direction and leadership of all internal and external Employer Branding to include Intranet, Website, Job Boarding and external talent market positioning.
Provides oversite and leadership for all employee communication functions to include identifying key strategies, technology and tools to differentiate the company.
- Establishes strategic annual and three year plans to achieve corporate objectives for areas within full scope of responsibility.
- Develops and executes comprehensive internal and external Communications plans and programs, both short and long range, to support Employer Branding initiatives, Current and future employee communications, Creative digital and other services for the organization.
- Drives innovation of the direction and continuous evolution of our efforts to further our position as the Employer of Choice within healthcare.
- Develops and manages overall operating budget.
- Leads the team to develop key metrics and data for all relevant activities, tools, agencies and outcomes and consistently reports out on progress.
- Achieves solid ROI results each month, quarter and year and quantify the value of ongoing expenditures.
- Evaluates and recommends distribution channels, agency and vendor support needs and programs.
- Oversees and evaluates market research and adjusts marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions.
- Guides preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management.
- Establishes and maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
- Creates a model that supports the organization's mission and values based on an internal and external needs assessment.
- Monitors the internal / external environment and identifies opportunities to fulfill the corporate strategy.
- Serves as strategic liaison for key organizational initiatives between business units and their customers, both internal and external.
- Assesses current models of business operations and develops appropriate new models as needed.
10 to 15 years prior related experience in the areas of strategy development, execution, market research and customer service.
- Broad experience in the healthcare industry serving in high level Communications / Employer Branding / Marketing positions preferred.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare industry metrics related to talent, organizational health, stability and growth.
