Job Overview :
As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will direct the finance department's activities, functions, and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and strategic objectives of the organization.
You will lead financial planning, manage financial risks, and ensure accurate financial reporting in a dynamic healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and policies
- Provide leadership to the finance team, fostering growth and development
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support business objectives
- Analyze financial performance and identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth
Minimum Requirements :
Education :
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance (Required)
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business (Preferred)
Skills & Experience :
- Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work independently in high-pressure situations
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in for-profit hospital finance
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role
- CPA license (Preferred)
