You will contribute to the development of the Lubricants activities taking into consideration the roadmap and ambition of the Group.

Sales Professional, you will help to develop our brand recognition though Distributors by selling products such as synthetic passenger car engine oils, heavy-duty diesel engine oils, greases, transmission etc.

Coordinate stock to make sure that Distributors have proper product.

Being a challenger, you will develop new sales business as well as new customers and you are a real sales partner for your current key account customers.

You have a positive attitude to face difficult situations and don't stay frustrated with a refusal. You are a safe driver with a clean driving record.

You can work remotely and live in the region with an actual business network.

Your territory will cover Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Ohio, Michigan.

Activities

As part of your missions, you are in charge of :

1. Analyze customer needs and offer solutions to enable customers to view Total Specialties as a business partner.

2. Develop business targets with current distributors and strategic target areas based on Total Roadmap.

3. Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key accounts and prospective customers.

4. Achieve sales districts business growth and profitability objectives as set by Sales Director

5. Maintain accurate database of customer and new business activity using Total CRM tool.

6. Work closely with all company departments in order to achieve sales districts budgeted growth objectives Customer Service, Logistics and Marketing.

7. Represent Total at Tradeshows and other Marketing events.

Candidate Profile

A college degree is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Lubricant Distributor sales.

Successful track record in business development.

Additional Information
