Summary :
Oversees the distribution and Periodic Automatic Replenishment (PAR) management of Main Campus and off- site locations Supervises staff during assigned shift in a 24 hour per day / 7 day per week operation.
Assists operational departments with supply issues and / or problems. Coordinates with all locations to optimize service and control inventory expense.
Promotes and ensures compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity. Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System.
Qualifications : Required :
Required :
- High School Diploma or passage of a high school equivalency exam.
- Three years of experience in inventory management including supervisory experience.
- Proficiency with computers, preferably in a Microsoft Windows environment.
- Ability to manage multiple aspects of inventory management processes.
- Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
Preferred :
- Four-year degree, in business, logistics, or a related field.
- Bargaining unit management or SAP ERP experience.
- Supply Chain Healthcare experience.
