Job Description
As a Process Engineer, you will optimize and improve the efficiency of manufacturing and industrial processes. You will ensure the smooth functioning of production lines, develop new techniques, modify existing designs, and coordinate process improvement projects.
Your role includes working on the shop floor, supporting any issues, and troubleshooting machines such as Manual / CNC lathes, mills, and grinding machines.
You will analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, implement solutions to enhance operational performance, work closely with cross-functional teams, evaluate workflows, identify bottlenecks, propose innovative solutions, implement lean manufacturing principles, conduct process audits, and develop standard operating procedures.
Hard Skills
- 2-3 years experience as a process engineer in manufacturing
- Accustomed to machine shop floor environment
- Aerospace industry experience
- Experience in SolidWorks or similar (NX,
- Machining experience on manual lathe, mill, or grinding machines
- CNC experience is beneficial but not necessary
