Job Title : Billing Associate

Location : Westbrook, ME 04092

Job Type : Contract

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience in billing
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling)
  • Experience with enterprise billing systems such as SAP, ChargeBee, or similar
  • Strong deductive reasoning and analytical skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent follow-through and ability to work independently
  • Degree in Accounting or a related business field preferred
  • Familiarity with SQL, Excel, SAP, or equivalent platforms
  • General computer aptitude and ability to work with spreadsheets and databases

Responsibilities :

  • Perform a variety of data-centric support activities to meet business billing needs
  • Build spreadsheets, run reports, and reformat billing information from databases and other data sources
  • Audit and process reports for accurate invoice management
  • Research data sources, set up data feeds, and configure necessary data connections
  • Coordinate work requests with internal stakeholders to support daily operations and project requirements
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate data handling
  • Identify and implement process, quality, or service improvements as needed
  • Maintain data accuracy and documentation in alignment with internal compliance standards
