What you'll do...
Key Priorities :
- Work in close partnership with the business to identify their talent needs and aligned to our business planning processes
- Identify the critical talent pipelines, both internal and external, that align to our workforce planning strategy, including our veterans community, LBU students, and other non-traditional talent
- Design and execute early careers recruitment plans, inclusive of campus, internship and rotational programs
- Build and nurture relationships that will be a strategic feeder to our early careers talent such as universities
- Work in concert with our Live Better U team to track progress against mobility goals and target (in-demand) roles
- Track and identify insights around key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness, ROI and success in filling in-demand roles
- Represent Walmart in key recruitment forums and conferences

Live Better U is a Walmart-paid education benefit program for full-time and part-time associates in Walmart and Sam's Club facilities.
Programs range from high school completion to bachelor's degrees, including English Language Learning and short-form certificates.
Tuition, books, and fees are completely paid for by Walmart.

The annual salary range for this position is $130,000.00-$260,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.

Minimum Qualifications...
Option 1 : Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or related area and 6 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or
related area.
Option 2 : 8 years’ experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or related area.
4 years’ supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
