Title : ServiceNow Administrator

Compensation : $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience
Overview : Our client is looking for a ServiceNow Administrator to join their team. You will play a vital role in optimizing and maintaining the health of their ServiceNow platform.
As they are expanding their operations, they need a ServiceNow Administrator with a focus on optimizing performance, implementing best practices, and continuous improvement.
Location : This position is remote , but candidates must reside in VA, NC, SC, FL, TN, or GA to be considered for the position
Responsibilities :
- Monitor system health, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance platform reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including IT, development, and business units, to gather requirements, implement changes, and support ongoing initiatives.
- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, leveraging JavaScript and other scripting languages.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for ServiceNow users and stakeholders.
- Maintain technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and knowledge base articles.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required.
- Proficiency in JavaScript and experience developing integrations within the ServiceNow platform.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
