Summary :
The Corporate Marketing Manager is a strong writer and storyteller who develops creative and engaging content to drive awareness, create action, engage associates, and manage change across White Lodging.
This position will support the marketing strategy and execute the content creation and editorial planning of internal communications channels.
Content developed will assist in promoting and positioning White Lodging and our hotel brands through social media, media relations, websites, and other digital and traditional marketing vehicles.
Other responsibilities include support of Field Marketing team requests for corporate support and shared marketing resource management.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Contribute to the design and delivery of a company-wide internal communications strategy that aligns with our company Vision, Values and Promises.
This includes weekly email newsletters, quarterly discipline-specific newsletters, executive emails and intranet content (Sharepoint).
- Manage White Lodging’s social media platforms, including content calendar review, content curation shoots and partnering with agency support.
- Consult, create and deliver content for internal and external marketing and communications efforts, including writing and editing executive messages, news releases, organizational announcements, presentations, website content, speaking points, articles, scripts and project-specific communications as needed.
- Assist with creative needs for multimedia and / or print collateral whether creation on Canva, Photoshop or managing with agency partners.
- Work cooperatively with agencies, vendors, brand and community partners to ensure daily workflow, schedules and project deadlines are being met.
- Monitor and track company media coverage, including oversight of media monitoring vendor and tool.
- Support Field Marketing team’s centralized services, including online access requests and digital updates.
