Director, Global RWE & Data Science sought by a pharmaceutical company in Nutley, NJ. Assess real-world data gaps and lead evidence generation process for the collection and dissemination of information, data, insight and intelligence on specific topics, and regional / country market access requirements.

Drive business value through data science and advanced analytics. Lead CMS database assessments, analytics, and reporting in support of U.

S. and global access initiatives and payer engagements in the US markets. Lead economic assessments and value computations for ADF portfolio at the global level.

Lead real world evidence (RWE) development programs in support of global market access initiatives. Lead clinical meaningfulness initiatives that address issues such as payer challenges, impairments in quality of life and patient well-being, and gaps in clinical practice.

Requirements :

Master's degree (or foreign equivalent) in Statistics, Data Science or Risk Management and Insurance or related field, and 5 years pharmaceutical industry experience in the job offered or as Associate Manager.

Also requires 5 years of experience with / using the following (which may have been gained concurrently) :

• Working with data mining algorithms including artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques such as regression, decision trees, association rules, clustering, deep learning, neural networks, and Bayesian models.
• Generating advanced insights and predictive capability from statistical models.
• Clinical development and product life-cycle management.
• Vendor management.
• Economic modeling and Monte Carlo Simulation.
• Global HTA methodology and processes.
• CMS Database Analytics.
