OfficeServices Clerk Mailroom

Impact :

As a Mailroom Clerk in our OfficeServices department you will have the opportunity to workextensively with essential doents necessary for the operation of aleading personal injury lawfirm.

DailyTasks :

  • Processincoming / outgoing mail including sorting scanning copying andproperly distributing to appropriate departments and teammembers.
  • Preparemail and packages forshipment.
  • Operatemailroom equipment including but not limited to postage meters mailsorting machines scannersetc.
  • Organizingand maintaining mailroom supplies in the mailroom such as envelopesstamps and packagingmaterials.
  • Specialproject istance asnecessary.
  • Bringa teamoriented and positive attitude to our Los Angelesoffice.

YourSs :

  • Priorlaw firm experience ispreferred.
  • Advancedexperience with office equipment including copiers scanners and faxmachines.
  • Casemanagement software experiencepreferred.
  • Abilityto sort and organizeefficiently.
  • Experienceworking with litigationdoents.
  • Abilityto lift up to50lbs.
