Senior Analyst Quality Control

The overall purpose and role of the Senior Analyst, Quality Control is to ensure that Enfin’s Compliance Program has a quality assurance team that checks and supports compliance within the established guidelines.

The position will perform Quality Assurance reviews on Consumer Loans, Complaints, Salesperson Reviews, as well as BSA cases up to and including QAR review.

This role ensures that policies, procedures and regulations are followed to protect the integrity of Enfin.

This position will be based out of one of our offices in Irvine, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Teaneck, NJ, with an in-office schedule that is set at the direct manager’s discretion in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Remote options are available for exceptional cases.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct Compliance and Quality Assurance Reviews on a regular basis.
• Assumes the responsibility of coordinating and completing various monthly quality assurance reviews including those conducted by third parties.
• Consistent tracking of findings through completion, assess the risk associated, trending, root cause analysis.
• Ensure all Enfin Operations procedures are followed by sampling a loan selection and comparing the process to the procedures, as it relates to consumer loans.
• Review selections of complaints for completion ensuring documentation is adequate, completion is timely and if necessary, the complaints are moved to the appropriate area if they are not timely or are not properly categorized.
• Ensure the reviews for salespersons are completed in a timely manner, accurate, and are input into the system according to the SLA.
• BSA Cases / QARS review for appropriate and fact-based notes and reports, ensuring all required system information is filled out such as feedback from the sponsor bank is noted and adhered to.
• Supports and participates in continuous improvement activities.
• Represents Enfin Compliance / QC in a positive and professional manner ensuring to act in a respectful manner with all internal and external members.

Including maintaining member, team members, and other sensitive information with confidentiality.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or another related field. Equivalent work experience with a minimum of 6+ years combined related experience in compliance and audit in the financial industry.
• Solid understanding of applicable state and federal laws and regulations. Knowledge of operational and lending processes related to the financial industry as it relates to Complaint Management and BSA processes.
• Comprehensive knowledge of consumer lending processes and documentation governing lending activities.
• Must be able to review data and recognize potential audit issues and regulatory violations.
• Excellent oral and written skills to effectively communicate audit and review reports to co-workers and management.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple and / or constantly changing priorities.
• Time management and organizational skills required to coordinate multiple projects and to be ability to provide comprehensive reviews and reports to management.
