GNR has been retained by PE owned Defense Electronics organization in need of a SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER for their Arkansas division.
- Reporting directly to the VP Operations, you would lead all S&OP efforts and mentor a team of 10 for this growing $50M site.
- You will play a critical role in optimizing processes and procedures, forecasting demand planning and materials, and procurement strategies to ensure all materials are present to complete customer requirements.
- We need a leader to manage supplier relationships, buyers, vendors and shipping.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED :
- Background & recent experience within a DEFENSE / AEROSPACE / SPACE ELECTRONICS organization
- Supply Chain / Procurement strategies and forecasting
- Visionary Leadership qualities and great communication skills
- US CITIZENSHIP required
