Homewatch CareGivers is seeking an Caregiver Recruiter / Schedulers at our Austin, Texas location. Homewatch CareGivers provides personalized in-home care to support our clients’ unique needs.

As Scheduling Coordinator / On-Call Caregiver , you will administer, and coordinate business activities; you will be responsible for office communications, recruitment and hiring of caregivers.

Responsibilities :

• Manage incoming communications (phone, email, mail, etc.)
• Manage client and caregiver files
• Data entry into computer programs used in the office
• Support and participate in the hiring process of new employees
• Develop and execute caregiver schedules
• Manage all training including orientation, case orientation, and ongoing training
• Manage client, caregiver, and outside care collaborator relations
• Manage a rotating schedule that includes on-call evenings and weekends
• Office and clerical activities as needed
• Caregiving skillset and experience to cover last minute shifts in any of our client's homes
• Other duties as needed

Qualifications :

• 2+ years supervisory or administrative experience
• Ability to solve problems quickly and independently
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• 1+ years Microsoft Word, Excel or similar experience
• Ability to pass all background screening
• 1+ years Home Care experience
