Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned :
- Sweep and clean offices.
- Sweep and mop break room.
- Sweep and clean warehouse including restrooms.
- Empty and replace trash can liners.
- Sweep and pick up trash on the outside of the warehouse.
- Check and refill water levels in all batteries.
- Replace light bulbs.
- Clean windows and countertops.
- Sweep stairways.
- Operate floor scrubber and sweeper.
- Schedule trash and cardboard pick up.
- Maintain cleaning supply, coffee products and tissue / hand towel products.
- Assist with maintenance work and projects, as requested.
- Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal, etc.
- Maintain 5S (sort straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) areas.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.
- High School Diploma or GED; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Beginner level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Light to medium work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
- Good eye hand coordination and depth perception is essential.
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions.
- Ability to work in low lighting and variant internal and external climate temperatures and conditions.
- Ability to work at a range of heights.
- Lifting to a maximum of seventy-five pounds (75 lbs.) with frequent lifting and carrying of up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.).
