Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities include the following, other duties may be assigned :

• Sweep and clean offices.
• Sweep and mop break room.
• Sweep and clean warehouse including restrooms.
• Empty and replace trash can liners.
• Sweep and pick up trash on the outside of the warehouse.
• Check and refill water levels in all batteries.
• Replace light bulbs.
• Clean windows and countertops.
• Sweep stairways.
• Operate floor scrubber and sweeper.
• Schedule trash and cardboard pick up.
• Maintain cleaning supply, coffee products and tissue / hand towel products.
• Assist with maintenance work and projects, as requested.
• Perform outside custodial duties such as snow removal, etc.
• Maintain 5S (sort straighten, shine, standardize, sustain) areas.

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and / or ability required.

• High School Diploma or GED; or one (1) to three (3) years related experience or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Beginner level of experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Light to medium work requiring prolonged or repeated standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lifting.
• Good eye hand coordination and depth perception is essential.
• Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business manuals and instructions.
• Ability to work in low lighting and variant internal and external climate temperatures and conditions.
• Ability to work at a range of heights.
• Lifting to a maximum of seventy-five pounds (75 lbs.) with frequent lifting and carrying of up to fifty pounds (50 lbs.).
