Position Overview :
Works within an established framework to protect Sutter Health's people, property, assets and interests. Responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of programs or projects that impact multiple stakeholders, systems, or workflows with moderate to high risk and complexity.
Responsible for identifying, defining, and documenting physical security risks, training deficiencies, and opportunities relative to physical security best practices and regulatory requirements related to the healthcare industry.
Compiles data, writes routine reports, and conducts training designed to ensure compliance and improve enterprise-wide security posture.
Coordinates and maintains physical security practices designed to safeguard personnel and prevent unauthorized access to acute and non-acute care facilities.

Bachelor's : healthcare, business, or related field
TYPICAL EXPERIENCE :
2 years of recent relevant experience.

Pay Range is $44.28 to $66.42 / hour
The salary range for this role may vary above or below the posted range as determined by location. This range has not been adjusted for any specific geographic differential applicable by area where the position may be filled.
Compensation takes into account several factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience, education, skills, licensure and certifications, department equity, training and organizational needs.
