To continually raise the bar on that experience, the TSE team builds tools and programs to identify and then mitigate or prevent compliance, selling partner, or product risk.
We’re looking for a Senior Financial Analyst who can build scalable reporting while learning about the business. This role drives financial insights, identifies opportunities and develops new frameworks to evaluate impact.
This role works across multiple stakeholders to build reporting and develop simplified reporting mechanism.
Key job responsibilities
- Reporting metrics and analysis to drive insights
- Connecting business actions to finance outcomes
- Simplifying processes to increase value for customers
- Building reports and deep diving into data
- Experimenting quickly and finding what works and what doesn’t
- Managing headcount and operating expenses
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or a related analytical field (e.g., engineering, math, computer science)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- MBA, or CPA
- Six Sigma Black Belt
- Knowledge of Tableau
- 4+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
- Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples : SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples : Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
