Our client is currently seeking a Level 1 Technician to join their team onsite in Bloomfield, CT. This position will be through till the end of the year in duration.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Review and track project equipment requests
- Assist with refreshes
- Assist with project migrations
- Perform remote refresh of a machine following client procedures
- Assist with logging into the network and systems
- Coordination of equipment shipments between teams
- Packing and shipping of equipment
- Provide equipment status updates
- Escalate delays
- Assist with the client Depot logistics (boxing and shipping of equipment, Inventory)
Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 2+ years of previous experience supporting hardware and software
- Experience with asset management to include shipping, receiving, and inventory
- Excellent customer service skills
