e are looking for Part-time and Fulltime Graveyard Server.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greeting employees in a friendly and courteous manner and explaining all food items on the daily menu.
- Answering questions about menu items including preparation and ingredients.
- Ensuring employee’s needs are met, including keeping coffee fresh, having ample supply of condiments, and / or food items, stocking mugs, plates, silverware, etc.
- Helping to keep our Employee Dining Room clean, completing side work, and organizing supplies as needed.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products in Employee Dining Room to assure a smooth service period(s).
- Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes.
- Handles, stores and rotates all products properly. · Assists in food prep assignments during off peak periods as needed.
- Complies with occupational, health and safety standards.
- Keep floor free of debris.
- Ensures foods are stored and kept at proper holding temperatures, through the use of thermometers. · Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- High School Diploma or GED required. · Valid SNHD required. · Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, in both written and oral forms.
