Vice President of Franchise Development - Healthy Fast Casual Concept
Location : Idaho (or other Western states)
Compensation of $150-200k plus bonuses approaching $150k!
About Us :
We're a rapidly growing healthy fast casual drive-thru concept based in Idaho, seeking an experienced Vice President of Franchise Development to join our dynamic team.
Our goal is to build the largest and dominant healthy fast casual franchise in North America with over 1,000 locations in 10 years.
Job Summary :
We're looking for a seasoned franchise development professional to drive growth and expansion across the Northwest, with a focus on Idaho, Colorado, Utah, Oregon, Washington, California, British Columbia, and Alberta Canada.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development, demonstrating a proven track record of successful franchise sales, real estate, and territory growth.
Responsibilities :
- Identify and recruit potential franchisees across the Northwest
- Develop and implement strategic growth plans
- Ensure successful onboarding and support of new franchise owners
- Collaborate with the executive team to align franchise development strategies
- Lead and manage franchise development to achieve sales and growth targets
Requirements :
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise development and / or real estate
- Proven track record of successful franchise sales and territory growth
- Strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and deep understanding of the franchise industry
