Your candidacy is currently being considered for a requisition for an Alight Inc group company. As you may be aware, Alight has announced intent to divest its Payroll & Professional Services business to HIG Capital.
After the transaction closes, this position will be aligned to the new Payroll & Professional Services owned by HIG Capital ( Divested Group’).

Responsible for Overpayments knowledge and ongoing delivery through issue resolution, change requests (CRs), and standardized processes.
This position involves heavy client interaction. The DA will be responsible to lead projects and CRs. The DA will identify and resolve issues through root cause analysis and then implement solutions.
This role will lead and sponsor process creation, improvement initiatives, and changes within the domain. Client consultation and industry best practice awareness will be required.
Positions may work across multiple areas of the domain or on multiple clients.
Responsibilities
- Researching, resolving, and assisting external and internal partners in troubleshooting any issues and escalations.
- Performing complex data analysis, and reporting.
- Communicating effectively with the client and internal partners for analysis / resolution. Answering questions regarding processes and functionality.
- Participating in meetings to discuss issues identified and impact on service delivery.
- Leading client interaction and facilitation on client touchpoints.
- Creating detailed functional process requirement specifications (PRD).
- Identifying downstream processes and impacts for projects. Ensuring that the process flows are complete and within the defined scope for projects.
- Managing workload including participating in projects, ownership of projects, and ad-hoc project deliverables.
- Estimating, scheduling, and directing all work activities related to projects.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of Payroll knowledge and experience, including Overpayments.
- Experience in Client facing role.
- Experience with Workday.
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Able to work under tight deadlines managing multiple tasks and clients.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft applications, Excel (pivot tables, macros, functions).
- Demonstrate ability to operate independently with direction from senior team members.
