Weare seeking an experienced technical writer for our ITSM and ITAsset Management program. You will work with functional SubjectMatter Experts and Endusers.
Weneed everything in IT catalogued and to write theprocesses in order to keep everything organized while using thesame process.
Thesuccessful candidate will write userfriendly copy or technicalprocesses as well as assist in writing collaborative communicationswith change project and technical teams.
You will work with theseteams as they collaborate with users user groups and subject matterexperts to create documentation that may include SOPs video scriptsquick reference guides and training announcements.

- Assistin Delivering ITSM (IT Systems Management) and ITAM (AssetManagement)documentation.
