Responsibilities
- Responsible for directly managing customer accounts to build relationship and business.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to ensure long term growth in both existing and potential markets.
- Pursue new business growth opportunities with customers.
- Lead RFQ process from first discussion with customer to business award including negotiation and track pricing changes.
- Responsible for managing customer quote preparation including document support, vendor quotes, technical review meeting etc.
- Responsible for tracking Invoice and payment on time.
- Achieve assigned sales, account development, and other targets.
- Coordinate and communicate customers to solve any issues and dispute / arguments related to the Company as well as the Company's HQ in South Korea
- Create / Develop / Update the company’s presentation, annual sales plan, marketing strategic plan, any documents if required for sales.
- As a major contact of the Company, should be act in proper manner and relationship.
- Weekly sales meeting, and need to send a weekly sales report.
- Travels if required. Incl. domestic and international travels.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 4 year college in business, engineering, or any related fields.
- Authorized to work in the United States, and work in the Company as a full-time employee.
- Min. 10-year experiences of Sales and Marketing in automotive industry, or similar industry. (Or OEM experience, i.e. GM, Ford, Stellantis etc.)
- Strong knowledge of automation tools / equipment for body shop, battery assembly etc.
- Strong knowledge of North America Automotive business cultures.
- Proficient computer skills, i.e. windows, email, MS office, AutoCAD etc.
- Advanced level of developing presentation / report with MS office.
- Advanced level of communication / presentation / management / relationship to perform sales and marketing activities.
