LHH is looking for talented Accounts Receivable specialist. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years’ experience in accounts receivable, and a solid understanding of accounting principles and industry regulations.
Responsibilities :
- Manage accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, payment processing, and collections.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Analyze customer payment patterns and implement strategies to improve cash flow.
- Generate financial reports related to accounts receivable that document overall profits and losses for management review.
- Addressing client inquires related to invoices, payments, and account balances.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree or associates in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
