GENERAL DESCRIPTION : Assists the Park and Marina Manager in directing recreation activities and operations in the park and marina, ensuring that the policies, rules, and regulations of the MWCD are followed, ensuring excellent customer service is provided to all visitors. Assists Park and Marina Manager with dock and boat placement and retail sales operations. Assists in recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising seasonal, variable and full-time park and marina staff. Assumes responsibility for the park and marina in the absence of the Park and Marina Manager.

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS : Possession of an Associate's Degree in parks and recreation management or natural resources management with two (2) or more years of comparable demonstrated work experience; or any equivalent combination of education, experience, and / or training which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
LICENSURE OR CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : Must possess a driver's license valid in the State of Ohio and must be insurable by MWCD fleet insurance. Possession of or ability to obtain an Ohio Boater Education Certification.
