Job Description
- Provides comprehensive reviews to ensure childcare programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and clients receive the highest level of care
- Records, compiles, and analyzes performance and compliance information to ensure quality
- Extensive review of every Childcare case to ensure accuracy of all data entry including client and childcare providers
- Develops and implements continuous quality improvement process recommendation to Project Director
- Communicates effectively with management and team members using good judgment and diplomacy
- Clearly articulates and documents that staff are performing timely and accurate services according to operational procedures and processes in the Childcare guide
- Provides audit reports to manger and keeps management informed as to the status of program quality matters, including performance
- Review case files to ensure compliance with contractual agreements
- Conduct file and system maintenance reviews for all Childcare cases
- Assist with the development, implementation and enforcement of quality assurance plans
- Assists and prepares responses for quality assurance monitoring
- Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Two years direct customer service experience in a childcare or related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in conducting quality assurance auditing activities preferred
- Excellent organizational skills and a strong diligence to being detail minded Experience with publicly funded programs
- Experience working in case management
- Ability to use MS Word Suite and various client-based systems to carry out daily duties and responsibilities
- Bilingual or multilingual preferred
