Our outstanding dental practice is seeking an exceptional Patient Coordinator Dental Receptionist for an opportunity to join our dedicated team in our West Palm Beach location.

Who We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will have a desire for personal and professional development, a working knowledge of dental terminology, dental insurance, and dental treatment with the ability to effectively communicate and educate this information to our patients.
A minimum of 1 year of dental administrative experience is preferred and cross training is a plus. Dental assistants are welcome and encouraged to apply for this role.
Responsibilities
As the Dental Office Patient Coordinator, you will be the first impression via phone and in the office for our patients and referral sources.
We are seeking someone with great customer service abilities to round out our team.
- This role consists of completing the necessary referral or initial appointment intake via phone as well as proper check in of patients to include initial paperwork, consents, update of medical history, in addition to collecting for procedures.
- You will manage the hygiene schedule by confirming appointments and ensuring scheduled to goal each day as well.
- Multitasking is a must in this role as we are a very busy specialty office.
- This will be a Monday-Thursday full-time role.
- The ability and willingness to be flexible in traveling to alternate locations with advance notice as needed is a must.
