Forms Compliance Specialist (Contract)

Job Summary :

Dexian is seeking a Forms Compliance Specialist (Contract) for an opportunity with a client located in Urbandale, IA.

Responsibilities :

• Update and modify fields in PDF bond forms to ensure compliance with industry-specific requirements
• Work with a task management system to complete assigned tasks in a paperless environment
• Perform repetitive tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that all required information is accurately captured in forms
• Think critically to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations
• Participate in training to learn about the bond industry and specific compliance requirements

Requirements :

• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) is required
• Proficiency in Adobe Pro is strongly preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
• Ability to think critically and ensure compliance with regulations
• Ability to manage tasks in a paperless environment
• No prior experience in the bond industry is necessary; training will be provided
• This position requires onsite work at our Des Moines, IA office
• The project is expected to last at least three months

Pay Rate : $18 - $20 per hour

Job Overview :

Seeking a detail-oriented Forms Compliance Specialist to assist with a critical project within the Compliance department.

This project focuses on updating and ensuring the accuracy of forms used in the bond industry, with a heavy emphasis on compliance.

The ideal candidate will have strong Microsoft Office experience, with proficiency in Adobe Pro considered a significant plus.

This is a temporary position lasting 3-4 months, with an immediate start date and no expectation of full-time conversion after the project concludes.

Key Responsibilities :
