We're on the hunt for a dedicated and enthusiastic Regional Member Advisor to support our members across our Washtenaw and Wayne County, MI locations.

What are the schedules like?

• Monday - Friday our Regional Member Advisors start as early as 8 : 15 or stay as late as 5 : 30 (branches with drive thru lanes close at 5 : 30 and you could potentially be there a bit past 5 : 30)
• Saturday hours : Wait, you will have Saturdays off!!
• Your work location will rotate between our three branches in Saline / Ypsilanti and our three branches in Wayne County.

What does orientation and training look like?

• Paid orientation will be held at our branch at 1747 South Newburgh Road, Westland MI It will be the first 6 days of your employment.
• Training with an existing Member Advisor is expected to be at one of our branches in Wayne or Washtenaw County.

What are some of the responsibilities of a Regional Member Advisor?

• Travels to various branch locations to fill in for absences
• Our Regional Member Advisors process all traditional teller transactions (for example, they process deposits and withdrawals for our members)
• In addition to teller responsibilities, Regional Member Advisors assist members with submitting loan applications
• They keep an eye out for fraudulent transactions
• Shares information about our products and services in order to benefit our members
• Uses a lot of technology, having multiple programs in use at one time
• Follows compliance regulations
