Job Description
- Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
- Takes meter readings - utilities
- Performs minor repairs to furniture, plumbing, electrical
- Replaces fire extinguishers
- Strips and replaces electrical / carpentry, hardware
- Performs cleaning in all equipment areas, vents, piping, floors and shops
- Grouts tile, sinks and tubs and installs non-slip strips
- Follow departmental policies and procedures
- Follow all safety and sanitation policies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
- Highly responsible & reliable
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to) :
- Frequent walking and standing throughout shift
- Occasional lifting and carrying up to 30 lbs.
- Frequent bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling
- Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
