Training Specialist

Contract Duration 3+ months

Job Description :

• This position is NonExempt.
• Hours over 40 will be paid at Time and a Half.
• Delivers both standard and custom computer-based training classes.
• Examines training delivery methodologies and implement / establish new techniques as appropriate.
• Modifies the training to meet objectives; designs measures to evaluate outcomes and assess training effectiveness.
• Selects training appropriate to address the identified issues.
• Evaluate the technical skills needed to meet business needs and objectives.
• Collects and analyzes data, reviews literature and seminars, recommends options based on research, and prepares written and oral reports.
• Assure all training efforts within the assigned area are in compliance to governmental regulatory requirements and divisional and site training requirements.
• BS or BA minimum education requirement with at least 2 years experience in technical training.
