Phased Array UT (PAUT) Technician – Level I

Job Overview : We are seeking a dedicated PAUT Level I Technician to join our team at our Cheswick, PA location. This full-time role supports a variety of ultrasonic testing (UT) and phased array ultrasonic testing (PAUT) projects in a hands-on environment. Responsibilities : Assist in performing ultrasonic inspections using Straight Beam, Shearwave, and / or Phased Array techniques under supervision of Level II or III personnel. Support data collection, equipment setup, and maintenance. Follow all safety and quality protocols in accordance with company and industry standards. Maintain detailed records and inspection reports. Qualifications : Prior training or experience in Straight Beam, Shearwave, and / or Phased Array UT is required. Strong understanding of NDT principles and inspection procedures. Ability to follow detailed instructions and work within a team. Local candidates only – no per diem or relocation support provided. Additional NDT certifications (VT, MT, PT, RT) are a plus, but not required.
