We have partnered with a Engineering and Consulting Firm to provide them with a Environmental Project Manager. Please review the below description and let us know if you are interested.

Work location : Concord, NH or Lowell, MA

Prioritized Must Have Skills for the Environmental Project Manager :

1. Bachelor of Science in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related science from a four-year college or similar engineering degree is required.

2. A minimum of 6 years prior relevant experience (including a minimum of 1 year of project management experience) is required.

3. Must have experience in soil and groundwater remediation, remedial alternatives evaluations, and multimedia site investigations.

4. Hazwoper and OSHA certifications required.

5. PE or PG preferred but not required.

Requirements for the Environmental Project Manager :

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Geology, or a related science from an accredited institution is required;

a Master's degree is considered a plus.

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including a minimum of 1 year in project management, is necessary.
• Experience with soil and groundwater remediation, evaluating remedial alternatives, and conducting multimedia site investigations is required.
• OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER certification and annual 8-hour refresher, if applicable, are mandatory.
• A valid Driver's license and personal transportation are required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and enterprise / accounting software is essential.
• Strong communication skills, a commitment to mentoring junior and technical staff, and experience working in interdisciplinary teams are crucial.
• Practical experience with various soil and groundwater investigation and remediation techniques, including remedial action implementation, is necessary.

Preferred Skills / Experience :

Licensure as a Professional Engineer or Professional Geologist in New Hampshire is strongly preferred. Familiarity with New Hampshire petroleum storage tank regulations and contaminated site management (Env-Or 300, 400, and 600), CERCLA or RCRA regulations, and environmental compliance is advantageous.

Experience with the NH Petroleum Reimbursement Fund is a plus.

• Knowledge of Deltek enterprise software, GIS, and graphics generation is beneficial.
• Active participation and leadership in continuing education, professional societies, and internal programs such as mentor / prot g initiatives are encouraged.

Other Key Requirements :

• Hybrid role working at least 3 days a week in the office.
• No sponsorships or visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
