This is a fun role to work with technicians, field operations and those within supply chain & logistics and ensuring they are safe! You get to engage, create training materials and be a mentor to your construction peers.

Duties :
Assist employees with worker's compensation claims
Conduct safety training classes and seminars
Reporting to ensure sticking within OSHA compliance
Continuously keeping co-workers safe, reminding them of injury concerns and updating on the most recent standard safety practice
Assist with filling out forms with 100% accuracy
Injury and illness reporting
Support fleet management
Help HR with benefit leave
Contract-to-hire opportunity - Eligible for medical, vision and dental benefits after 60 days of employment.
Requirements :
Highschool diploma and GED
Must have at least one year of safety and compliance coordination experience
Construction experience ideal but not required. Would love to see manufacturing and industrial backgrounds
Hours : Monday - Friday, full-time, 40 hours. 8 hour shift, could start from 5am - 2pm occasional Saturday required depending on projects needs.
Also swing shift is available along with normal first shift.
PAY : Up to $32 / hr maybe more depending on experience. Contract-to-hire position. Lots of overtime potential in beginning.
