Education and / or Experience
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or three to five years related experience and / or training;
or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- The employee should have knowledge of : Real estate financing, escrow, title and conveyance terminology Title insurance requirements, policies, endorsements, legal descriptions and underwriting procedures
- The employee should have the ability to : Be multi-tasked oriented with attention to detail Plan, organize and prioritize work Maintain an organized office Operate office equipment including copiers, fax, scanning machines Communicate effectively by way of verbal, non-verbal and written methods Participate in company-sponsored seminars, meetings and training
