The Take Sunset real estate team at Compass Pasadena is looking for a full time Marketing Coordinator with significant experience in Graphic Design.
This person will be in charge of all team marketing needs including the following :
- Email blasts
- All social media marketing (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Flyer creation
- Ad placement
- Web site management
- PR / Press coordination
- Team marketing
Field work may consist of :
- Photography and video of our listings
- Meeting with sellers and visiting listings in person
The ideal candidate will have significant experience in social media marketing and emerging platforms with a passion for real estate, architecture and design.
Photography and video skills are a huge plus. GRAPHIC DESIGN SKILLS A MUST - proficient knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is essential to this role.
