Are you ready for a thrilling new opportunity? We are searching for an experienced Pricing Manager who will lead strategic pricing with input from our sales, finance, and product management teams.
As the pricing lead, you will automate and systematize established pricing policies, your key focus areas will include creating and maintaining price management tools, organizing and leading pricing review, tracking and post-implementation activities, and managing ongoing system pricing structures.

What you will do :
- You will be responsible for developing and delivering pricing analytics, metrics, reporting, and improvement initiatives with recommended actions across the enterprise.
- You will be the driving force behind identifying and implementing the appropriate pricing strategy, including price testing and price optimization.
- You will understand and communicate margin and sales impacts to cost changes, determine and implement appropriate price upon cost change(s), and identify and implement an appropriate pricing strategy for slow-turning inventory and / or identified overstock opportunities.
- You will be responsible for understanding competitive pricing position dynamics and how they relate to our market pricing, as well as implementing changes as appropriate to maintain market positioning (with support from the sales team).
- You will establish a comprehensive MAP compliance strategy to include customer violation recognition and assist sales with remediation solutions.
- Additionally, you will research, identify, and support pricing strategies for new product releases and report on the effectiveness of all pricing initiatives throughout the company by measuring the end-to-end impact of all changes.
Requirements :
The qualities and skills you need to have :
- You will have a Bachelor's degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Finance, or a related degree with a quantitative emphasis, as well as 3-5 years of strategic pricing experience.
- Experience working in a high SKU count environment, with pricing complexities across different customers and channels
- Experience working in a private equity-owned, public company, or fast-paced environment is a plus, along with experience in B2B and DTC pricing management.
- You must have a proven ability to drive significant revenue and profitability growth via the creation and operation of a comprehensive pricing strategy, framework, and measurement model.
- You will have the ability to act in a consultative and advisory role with the leadership team and prioritize the company’s success over your own.
- You must be familiar with vital pricing tools, such as CPQ, Salesforce, Synergy, Power BI, etc., and strong Excel capabilities, to support financial modeling and data-driven decisions to identify pricing opportunities.
- You should have strong project management skills and a results-oriented mindset with the ability to react quickly to requests in a timely, accurate, and detail-oriented manner.
