Position : Data Analyst
Duration : 12- 24 months
Location : Waukegan, IL 60085
I am looking for a Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience that can support the Continuous Improvement Operations initiatives with the Lean Six Sigma Operations Team - CI Team.
In this role you will identify and collect data from ERPs, MRPs, or Manufacturing Execution Systems, ETL and prepare data using MS and data manipulation.
Overview of Responsibilities
- Collaborate with operational teams to gather data
- Utilize the Power Suite, PowerBI and deploy the Power Apps
- Use HTML and SharePoint for communication to stakeholders and cross functional teams
- Analyze data to identify areas of improvement for processes, workflows and systems
- Lean Six Sigma methodologies
- Track and measure data and the impact of improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
- Proven experience with data manipulation and visualization tools (MS Suite, Power BI, Power Apps)
- Strong understanding of data quality principles and data governance practices
- Working knowledge of HTML and SharePoint for data communication and visualization
- Understanding of Lean principles, Six Sigma methodologies (5S, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
