As a Senior Market Research Analyst at FARM, you will play a key role in supporting our market research efforts. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to our industry, competitors, and target audience.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Market Analysis : Conduct comprehensive research on market trends, customer preferences, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threats.
• Competitive Intelligence : Monitor and analyze competitor activities, including product / service offerings, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns.
• Data Collection : Gather data through surveys, interviews, online research, and other data sources to create a comprehensive database for analysis.
• Data Analysis : Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to interpret data, identify patterns, and draw actionable conclusions.
• Report Generation : Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarizing research findings, complete with data visualizations and recommendations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and Product Development, to provide data-driven insights and support decision-making.
• Stay Informed : Continuously stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research to ensure the company's competitive edge.

PREFERRED EDUCATION / REQUIREMENTS :

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in market research or a related role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, Excel, or similar software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of market research methodologies and techniques.
• Familiarity with survey design and data collection.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
