Our client, a prestigious Non-Profit, is looking to add a Junior Staff Accountant on a temporary-permanent basis.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or business-related degree
• A minimum of 2+ years of accounting / reconciliation experience
• Experience with either Concur or NetSuite

Responsibilities

• Perform accounts payable and disbursements functions
• Manage vendor set-up and 1099 reporting
• Perform accounts receivable and receipts functions
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare workpapers and manage grant receivable schedules
• Prepare workpapers and manage pledge receivable schedules
• Provide ad hoc financial reports as requested
