Injection Molding Technician Job Description Automation Personnel Services is looking for an Injection Molding Technician in Garland, Texas.
In this job, you will be responsible for maintenance to include diagnosing, performing preventative and corrective maintenance.
This role will be cross trained in our Process / Maintenance Technician Blow Molding role. This position supports process improvement and new technology processes to achieve goals for profitability, safety and ergonomics.
In addition, you will be responsible for assisting the Chief Engineer and Management team with other projects as assigned.
Pay Rate : Tech Trainee - $18 to $22.99Tech I - $23 to $28.99Tech II - $29 to $33.99Tech III - $34 to $37.99 Schedule and Hours : Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm.
Injection Molding Technician Duties and Responsibilities :
- Comply with all quality, safety and work rules and regulations.
- Adheres to all instructions, good manufacturing practices and housekeeping procedures.
- Process, troubleshoot and repair of all machines and support equipment.
- Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize bottle quality and minimize scrap and maintain quality. Control Panel Technician Requirements and Qualifications :
- Basic electrical trouble shooting and repair
- Basic mechanical trouble shooting and repair
- Must be able to operate material handling equipment
- Ability to work overtime and weekends as required
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities, identify problems, address problems and meet deadlines
- Must be able to become forklift certified within 60 days
