3 years of experience in lead work or management in event or conference services. Position Duties 70% Event Management Develop, execute, and evaluate the operation plans for event and conference planning teams, including management of event budgets, equipment, and procedures that ensure efficiency, safety and quality standards for a wide variety of events at multiple on and off campus locations.
20% Supervision Create and implement training for event, client relations and conference staff ensuring procedures and policies are clear and followed.
