Efficiency and Goals :
Establish warehouse practices and protocols.Collaborate with executive management to set warehouse and team goals.
Performance Improvement :
Monitor workplace performance.Lead training initiatives to enhance employee skills.
Safety Compliance :
Stay up-to-date on federal and state safety regulations.Communicate with other departments to ensure timely product shipments.
