JobResponsibilities :
- Primary point of contact for operators adjusters andmaintenance; ready to fix problems that randomly arise
- Manage dailyschedules employee shifts and timeoff requests
- Assign duties toemployees and oversee their progress
- Ensure that dailysales / production goals are met
- Train and integrate new workers
- Provide guidance andfeedback to employees when needed
- Ensure industry rulesand regulations are followed
- Handle customer and employeecomplaints
- Resolve conflicts between employees
Job Qualifications :
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor orsimilar role
- High school diploma or equivalentexperience
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similarrole
- 35years experience managing people in a production environment (30people)
- Ability to work a night shift (MTh 10hrs4p3a)
- Experience meeting multiple deadlines
- Ability to work in afastpaced environment.
- Must be able to get along with allpersonality types.
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Will have to be handson sometimes because it is a production environment.
