ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide friendly, fast, and helpful customer service to all guests and team members.
- Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
- Appear in publicity photos.
- Push a beverage cart with non- alcoholic beverages to serve to guest.
- Promote casino events and programs.
- Provide fast, friendly, professional non-alcoholic beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round.
- Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
- Take non-alcoholic drink orders, communicates with bartenders, assist in the preparation of non-alcoholic drinks and present non-alcoholic drinks to guests.
- Maintains clean and stocked workstation.
- Assist with picking up glassware / cups and other items left by guest in the assigned work area.
- Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
- Declare tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.
- Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
- Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
- Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
- Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
- Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

- Excellent customer service / communication skills
- Ability to count money and change correctly
- Knowledge of tray service cocktail ingredients and / or prior server experience preferred
- Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
- Ability to earn and maintain a current Food Handlers Card
- Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be able to acquire and maintain appropriate gaming license.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents In English, such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Ability to read and communicate verbally in English. Written communication skills in in English may also be required.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume and distance. Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
Possess ability to operate an adding machine and have basic computer skills.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS
Employee must be able to qualify for licenses and permits required by federal, state and local regulations.
