The Activity Director will produce 3-4 performing arts projects annually, including scheduling and the hiring and oversight of independent contractors and key personnel.

The position requires collaboration with the Title III Administrative Coordinator and Staff to facilitate budget expenditures, submit required reports, prepare the Annual Program Review, identify goals and objectives for yearly and cyclical grant cycles, and produce Title III grant proposals and narratives.

The Theatre Arts Program works in cooperation with the CSU Department of Fine & Performing Arts.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Triangulate academic, theatrical, and Title III grant processes.
  • Facilitate the Theatre Arts program, including scheduling and hiring of Independent Contractors and key personnel.
  • Oversee Independent Contracts Coordinator.
  • Collaborate with Title III Administrative Coordinator and Staff to :
  • Submit required reports
  • Prepare Annual Program Review
  • Identify goals and objectives for yearly and cyclical grant cycles
  • Produce Title III grant proposals and narratives
  • Collaborate with Fine & Performing Arts Department regarding the Theatre Arts projects and events.
  • Oversee the production aspects of the Theatre Arts program events.
  • Collaborate with Independent Contractors and CSU personnel to continue improvement and outfitting of Robeson theatrical facility.
  • Collaborate with CSU Public Relations for promotional aspects of TAP projects.
  • Coordinate with CSU Buildings and Maintenance Department.

Professional experience in coordinating a performing arts program.
