Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Software Configuration Management Specialist to join our team in the Aberdeen, MD area.

This is an onsite position.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Must be able to write Configuration Management (CM) Plans and audit software change procedures, software development, software testing, and software documentation to verify compliance with software CM plans and procedures.
• Must be capable of participating in design reviews, configuration audits, and evaluations of software products to ensure proper identification, control, and status accounting of the software baseline for each system.
• Working on code management, audits, baseline identification, and preparation and control of documentation for software projects.
• Must have knowledge of Configuration Management tools ( JIRA, puppet, Confluence, Git Hub etc.) and scripting.
• Must be familiar to implement Configuration Management process in DEVSECOPS / Agile development environment.

Basic Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or other Technical discipline is required.
• 2+ years of relevant test engineering experience within the last 4 years

Active TS / SCI

Physical Requirements :

The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

For all positions requiring access to technology / software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.

S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license. The applicant will be required to answer certain questions for export control purposes, and that information will be reviewed by compliance personnel to ensure compliance with federal law.
