Key Responsibilities
- Train team members on effective sales techniques to pitch Premier Health Group’s services to potential clients.
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, workshops, and one-on-one coaching to enhance the team’s sales skills.
- Create training materials, scripts, and resources that align with the company’s values and service offerings.
- Monitor the performance of the Sales Team, providing feedback and implementing improvements as needed.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify training needs and develop strategies to improve sales outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in sales training, applying relevant techniques to our unique service environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a sales trainer, sales manager, or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate a team.
